Most standard items ship within 3 to 7 business days. Larger structures such as pergolas, gazebos, and outdoor kitchens may require 10 to 15 business days due to freight logistics. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Orders of $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping across the contiguous United States. This applies to all products including work benches, tool chests, and accessories. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost.

We accept returns on unassembled items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Outdoor kitchens, pergolas, and gazebos that have been partially or fully assembled are not eligible for return. Please contact us before initiating a return so we can arrange the best solution.

Absolutely. We offer exchanges within 30 days as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. Simply reach out to our team with your order number and the product you would like instead, and we will coordinate the swap for you.
